Eggnog Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
1½ cup eggnog
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
3 eggs
2 tbsp rum
½ stick melted butter
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together for about 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until done. Cool 5 minutes, then turn pan upside down to cooling rack.
When cool, decorate with glaze of your choice and colored sugars.
Glaze:
1 tbsp soft butter
1 c powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3-4 tbsp eggnog or until desired consistency
Mix on low speed in medium bowl. |
