Tiramisu Topping
 1 8oz package cream cheese
 ½ cup confectioners' sugar
 ½ cup chocolate-flavored syrup
 1 container (8oz) whipped topping, thawed if frozen

 1 ½ cups Original Bisquick™ mix
 1 cup sugar
  cup baking cocoa
 ¾ cup water
 2 tbsp vegetable oil
 2 eggs
 1 cup hot, strong coffee

To make Tiramisu Topping, beat cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and chocolate syrup in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.

Gently fold in whipped topping until blended.

Store in the refrigerator while making the waffles.

Heat waffle iron; grease with vegetable oil if necessary. If you only have cooking spray, spray with cooking spray before heating your waffle iron to avoid burning.

Stir together Bisquick™, sugar, baking cocoa, water, vegetable oil, and eggs until blended.

Pour batter by slightly less than 1 cupful onto the center of the hot waffle iron.

Bake for about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Carefully remove the waffle and repeat with the remaining batter.

Drizzle coffee over waffles and top with tiramisu topping before serving.

Sprinkle with additional baking cocoa if desired.
