Eggnog Cake at Candlebay Inn in Freeport, Maine

 1 box yellow cake mix
 1 ½ cups eggnog
  tsp nutmeg
 3 eggs
 2 tbsp rum
 ½ stick butter, melted
Glaze
 1 tbsp butter, softened
 1 cup powdered sugar
 ½ tsp vanilla
 4 tbsp eggnog (or until desired consistency)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix all top 6 ingredients together for about 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.

Bake for 45 minutes or until a cake tester inserted into the cake comes out clean.

Cool for 5 minutes, then turn the pan upside down onto the cooling rack to finish cooling.

When your cake is completely cooled, mix all glaze ingredients on low speed in a medium bowl.

Immediately pour the finished glaze on the cooled cake and decorate it with your choice of colored sugar.
