A Specialty of the House
1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick mix
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup baking cocoa
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup hot strong coffee
1 package (8oz) cream cheese, softened
½ cups sugar
½ cup chocolate-flavored syrup
1 container (8oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Make Tiramisu Topping; refrigerate while making waffles. Heat waffle iron; grease with vegetable oil if necessary (or spray with cooking spray before heating).
Stir remaining ingredients except coffee until blended. Pour batter by slightly less than 1 cupful onto center of hot waffle iron.
Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle. Repeat with remaining batter. Drizzle coffee over waffles. Spoon topping onto waffles. Sprinkle with additional baking cocoa if desired.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and chocolate syrup in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping until blended.
In the Dog House?
Not at Candlebay Inn!
“Hi, we are Faith, a 1½-year-old golden retriever, Bear, a 1-year-old golden retriever, and Rosie, a 6-month-old Bernese mountain dog and we loved staying at Candlebay Inn! Their yard is so fun to run around in and we know right where Connie keeps the dog toys, too!”
Must be booked by August 31.
